Terms of Service

Version 25 September 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Little Steps for the use of Little Steps.

1. What Little Steps is — and is not

Little Steps helps parents, therapists, teachers and specialists support a child’s development with plans, play, oral-motor exercises, natural-food guidance, assessments and team coordination.

Not medical advice and not an emergency service. Assessments and AI suggestions are preliminary and support — never replace — a qualified professional’s judgement. Little Steps does not diagnose conditions or recommend medicines. In an emergency call your local emergency number (in Pakistan: Police 15, Rescue 1122).

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and, for a child’s record, the child’s parent or legal guardian — or a professional invited by them.
Keep your password private and turn on two-step sign-in; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Professionals remain responsible for their own clinical practice, licensing and record-keeping duties.

3. Consent and the information you add

You confirm you have the right to add the information you enter, and you give the consents shown in the app for the optional features you switch on. You keep ownership of your content; you allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you and the care team you choose.

4. Safety features

The E-card, lost mode, “Report missing”, code-word check, live location and alerts are aids — they depend on phones, GPS devices, mobile networks, email/SMS providers and people choosing to help, and cannot be guaranteed to work at any moment. Always contact the police first when a child is missing. Only link a GPS device you own and have given to your own child; tracking anyone else is not allowed.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful or misleading content, no access to records you are not entitled to, no attempts to break security, overload the service or copy it, and no use of other people’s children’s information without authority.

6. Fees

Any fees, plans and billing terms are those agreed with the operator of Little Steps (or the clinic that invited you) at sign-up.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Little Steps available and secure, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features; we will give notice of material changes to these terms.

8. Ending use

You can export your data and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put children or other users at risk.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and the operator of Little Steps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made without appropriate professional advice. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Law
